Initial Mental Health Assessment

During your first session we will discuss what brought you to therapy and where you want to go. Working together to provide a path forward. Paperwork will be emailed directly to you to complete prior to your first session through a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform.

Individual Therapy

As we work toward your goals, we will discuss daily life, identifying emotions, themes and patterns of current and past behaviors and thoughts. A link will be securely provided to you for each individual appointment.

Limited License Supervision for Social Workers

I provide individual and small group supervision for limited/temporary licensed individuals looking to complete their hours towards their full licensure.
