Hey, I’m Jenn.
I help individuals to find their Calm Mind, Strong Sense of Self and a Clear Path forward.
My Approach
Genuine
I believe in meeting clients in the present—honoring their pace, goals, and readiness for change. I realize when trying to find the right person to discuss your current situation can feel heavy, especially when you may feel like you're running on fumes.
I support individuals working through a wide range of experiences, including depression, anxiety, stress, and the challenges that come with life transitions and change. Many people also come to therapy hoping to build confidence, deepen personal growth, or reconnect with who they are and what they want. I also offer trauma-focused care, creating a space that feels safe, steady, and empowering as we navigate difficult experiences together. No matter what brings you in, we’ll move at a pace that feels right for you and focus on meaningful, lasting growth.
My promise as a therapist is to meet you where you are at emotionally with a warm and genuine connection. Even if we are not a good fit, I will help find someone for you.
Background
With over 12 years of therapy experience in correctional social work, community mental health and private practice my approach is more about the person than the method. I am a clinically licensed social worker in Michigan and Indiana with a concentration in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I received my Master of Social Work from Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan.

I am considered an out-of-network provider, which means I do not bill insurance companies directly. Many clients, however, choose to use their out-of-network benefits and are able to receive partial reimbursement for therapy sessions.
If you plan to pursue reimbursement, I will provide a monthly superbill, which is a detailed receipt containing the information your insurance company typically requires to process a claim.
Before we begin, I encourage you to contact your insurance provider to ask the following questions:
Do I have out-of-network mental health benefits?
Is there an out-of-network deductible I must meet before reimbursement begins?
What percentage of the session fee is reimbursed?
What is the process for submitting superbills?
Private pay is also an option as I accept most major credit/debit cards.
